Our home has a driveway with a carport and two steps to enter the front door that lead guests right into the mid century decorated living room. It has a newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo that sits in the middle of a hallway off the living room with bedrooms to both sides. There are three bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the other has a full size bed. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven,stove top, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils and pots & pans for cooking.

When the farm was first developed a decade back, farm structures were built to house equipment and supplies for our farming and nursery operations. The Farm Cabin is located in this area and has a post-industrial/modern feel with rustic wooden interior and metal exterior. This location is approximately 1 mile from the venue complex, provides seclusion and private access to over 10 miles of walking trails. A small pond is near the front of the cabin with a nursery field of plants and trees nearby. The front porch has a wonderful wagon wheel swing to relax and pass the time. Inside, you will find a comfortable living room with a large screen TV, wood burning fireplace and sofa with a queen size pull-out bed, full kitchen, full bath, and a separate bedroom with king size bed and second TV to accommodate a maximum of four guests.

The farm is surrounded by the 4,300 acre West Sandy Wildlife Management Area, and is only a few miles from Kentucky Lake. Excellent water pressure and sink. Only 1 bathroom. Located off the main bedroom; the Loft sleeper has to climb down a ladder and go into the bedroom to use the facilities.
